We are seeking an accomplished Field Sales Operative to represent our line of premium, German-engineered home appliances in Lagos. This role focuses on driving sales growth through strategic client acquisition, high-touch relationship management, and expert product demonstrations within the luxury residential and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect and secure new clients including high-net-worth individuals, property developers, architects, and interior design firms
- Consultative Selling: Conduct sophisticated product demonstrations emphasizing cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, and exclusive features
- Sales Execution : Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities within Lagos’ luxury real estate and design communities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with technical teams to ensure flawless product installation and client onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years in luxury sales (home appliances, automotive, real estate, or high-end retail preferred)
- Proven track record in B2B and high-net-worth B2C sales
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer psychology and buying behaviors
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Polished professional with impeccable communication skills
