Job Description
Lucky Fibre is on the lookout for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead sales and operational initiatives within our designated territory. This role is crucial in fostering sales growth and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust partnerships with distributors and retailers.
- Drive sales performance to surpass targets through innovative strategies.
- Ensure the timely delivery of Lush Hair products.
- Analyze market trends and communicate insights to the national team.
- Collaborate on local marketing initiatives.
- Guide and mentor the city sales team for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of senior sales experience, preferably within FMCG.
