Job Description

Kennedy Consulting seeks a full-time Field Sales Agent based in Lagos to acquire new customers, promote banking products, cross-sell accounts, loans and investments, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires meeting monthly targets, submitting sales reports, collecting market feedback, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Requirements: ND/HND/BSc; strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; basic banking knowledge; Microsoft Office proficiency; Lagos residency.
• Responsibilities: field sales, customer acquisition, cross-selling, reporting, market intelligence, and adherence to compliance standards.
