Job Description
FairMoney is seeking a dedicated Field Recovery Agent to play a crucial role in the efficient collection of loan repayments. As a Field Recovery Agent, your primary responsibilities will involve conducting field visits to connect with customers who have defaulted on their loans, keeping a comprehensive activity log, and negotiating effective repayment plans. You will also be expected to address customer objections and collaborate with various departments to swiftly resolve any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will hold a University Degree, possess over one year of experience in consumer loans, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
