Job Description
Altara Credit Limited (“Altara”) is a Nigerian consumer and business services venture focused on improving financial inclusion. We are currently seeking a Field Recovery Agent to join our team.
Location: Lagos Island (Epe, Lekki, Ajah) and Lagos Mainland (Iyana-Ipaja, Ikeja, Ikorodu)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Recover bad debts from delinquent debtors.
- Contact debtors and pursue payment.
- Devise customized recovery strategies.
- Make outbound collection calls.
- Monitor debt portfolio daily.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / NCE / BSc
- 1-2 years in debt recovery
- Must reside in listed Lagos areas
- Street smart with deadlines
Salary: N82,00/month
