Job Description
Flexile Investments and Technologies Limited seeks a disciplined Field Officer to support project delivery through regular field visits, progress monitoring, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and team supervision. The successful candidate will evaluate program performance, prepare timely reports, and recommend corrective actions to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–4 years of field operations experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency with Excel and statistical/data-collection tools.
- Other: Able to work in remote or challenging environments with frequent travel; excellent organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦150,00.00–₦200,00.00 per month.
