Job Description
PalmPay is seeking a disciplined Field Collection Officer for a 12-month contract in Nigeria. Compensation: N80,00 basic plus N20,00 transport allowance and performance-based commission.
- Perform on-site visits to collect overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, verify and update borrower records, and recover devices or collateral in accordance with company procedures.
- Establish working relationships with local police in your LGA, report field findings and suspected fraud, and coordinate with Risk Control and Customer Service to enhance recovery rates.
- Requirements: prior loan collection or field recovery experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, willingness to travel within assigned areas, and fluency in local languages with basic English proficiency.
