Job Description
We are seeking a Fashion Production Manager to lead end-to-end garment production, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and consistent product quality. The role requires close coordination with design, sourcing, and suppliers, managing production schedules, monitoring factory performance, resolving production issues, and enforcing quality and sustainability standards.
- Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in fashion production
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and quality control
- Proficient with PLM systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel as required
