Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Fashion Quality Control and Finishing Supervisor to lead garment inspection and finishing operations. The role requires ensuring products meet established quality standards, supervising final trims and packaging, and guaranteeing timely delivery.
- Lead and supervise QC staff; conduct pre- and post-production inspections.
- Identify defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with production and sourcing teams; apply strong knowledge of fabrics and sewing techniques.
Requirements: minimum 3 years in apparel quality control, excellent attention to detail, proven leadership skills, and proficiency in quality reporting.
