Job Description
Amani Advisory Ltd is looking for a dedicated and stylish Fashion Customer Service Representative to join our Lagos team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will welcome clients with expert styling advice, recommend fabrics, and guide customers through fittings and purchasing decisions.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a chic showroom, responding to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, and assisting online clients with styling advice and order placements.
The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for menswear. Applicants must reside near the Lekki axis.
