Job Description
Breezy Digital Solutions seeks an experienced Farm Manager to oversee our cashew plantation in Kabba. The role includes planning and managing daily operations (planting, harvesting, maintenance), supervising and training staff, monitoring crop health and pest control, managing budgets and procurement, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety, developing marketing strategies, and reporting farm performance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Agriculture or related field (Master’s preferred); minimum 3 years farm management experience (cashew experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication, knowledge of best practices, farm management software proficiency, and budgeting ability.
- Benefits: on-site accommodation, salary ₦120,00–₦150,00/month, ₦1,00,00 performance bonus after 12 months, career growth. Job Type: Full-time.
