Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks a dependable Factory Worker to support daily production and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery and tools; assisting with assembly, packaging, quality inspections, and inventory management; performing routine repairs, cleaning, and enforcing safety procedures; and supporting supervisors with basic troubleshooting and reporting.
- Requirements: production or equipment experience, strong physical stamina, effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be available for early shifts and overtime.
Compensation: ₦40,00 per month. On-site accommodation provided. Opportunities for advancement to supervisory roles for proven performers.
