Job Description
A prominent company specializing in bamboo pulp sheet production in Ghana is seeking a highly motivated Factory Manager. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Paper Science, or Chemical Engineering, complemented by substantial experience in paper-making or chemical engineering. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
- Plan and coordinate production activities effectively.
- Supervise staff while ensuring a safe work environment.
- Monitor machinery to maintain optimal performance.
