Job Description
Auto Vault is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations at our ice production facility in or near Ikeja. This full-time role oversees production scheduling, quality assurance, staff supervision, safety and regulatory compliance, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years managing manufacturing or cold‑chain facilities, strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities, basic accounting skills, and a proven record of improving efficiency and enforcing SOPs. Ability to coordinate with logistics and availability for an immediate start are preferred. Monthly salary: ₦120,00–₦150,00.
