Job Description
FactBase Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager (Trainee) to join our Lagos team. This full-time role involves planning and executing various HR consulting projects aimed at enhancing our organizational effectiveness.
Job Summary: We invite applications from candidates with at least an HND qualification and experience levels ranging from interns to recent graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage training programs.
- Plan and implement recruitment and training strategies.
- Research and execute HR proposals and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in relevant fields (minimum 2.1/Upper Credit).
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
- NYSC Discharge certificate and age not exceeding 25 years.
