Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Officer to ensure safe, efficient building operations. This position manages maintenance and repairs, preventive maintenance programs, vendor and contractor coordination, security, utilities, space planning, and facilities budget tracking.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years of facilities or building maintenance experience; basic HVAC and electrical knowledge; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: certification in facilities management or safety.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain continuous, compliant operations.
