Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to join our team at Sweatbox Lagos. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-standard operation of our gym facilities. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, vendor relations, and team management.
Key responsibilities include daily operations management, staff supervision, conducting facility inspections, negotiating contracts with vendors, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess previous facility management experience, excellent organizational skills, and basic knowledge of building maintenance practices.
