Job Description
Meritabode Nigeria Limited, a reputable Real Estate company based in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager for a full-time position located in Opebi, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and supervising service providers, managing teams focused on cleaning, maintenance, and security, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, as well as overseeing various projects and managing budgets efficiently.
Requirements include: a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Facility Management or a related field, along with relevant work experience and a valid driver’s license.
Salary: N160,00 – N180,00 per month.
