The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, safety, and seamless functionality of all infrastructure and technical systems. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance personnel, creating preventive maintenance schedules, and addressing emergencies effectively. A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management within the hospitality sector is essential.
Qualified candidates must hold a degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and demonstrate strong technical skills.
