Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee multiple commercial and residential properties on Lagos Island, with one site in Apapa. The successful candidate will coordinate daily operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor management, budget monitoring, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Qualification: HND/BSc in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field
- Proven multi-site property management experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary: ₦500,00–₦600,00 monthly.
