Job Description
Location: Kado, Abuja
About Us: Dreford is a dynamic organization operating in the hospitality and real estate sectors. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Facility Manager to ensure optimal functionality and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee facility operations, develop maintenance schedules, supervise service providers, conduct inspections, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field, 3+ years of experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication abilities.
