Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the estate’s buildings and facilities.
- Manage the facility budget and ensure cost-effective services and maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as security and landscaping, ensuring high-quality performance.
Requirements:
- B.Eng in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in residential facility management.
