Job Description
Cifman College, a co-educational secondary institution established in April 2009, is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities in Lagos. This role is essential for maintaining an effective learning environment through systematic repairs and efficient usage of our building’s infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze maintenance requests.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain facility documentation.
- Manage staff facility requests and issue work orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HND in relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Strong technical skills in facility management.
