Job Description

Ascentech Services Ltd seeks a seasoned, proactive Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Sango, Ota site. This full-time role offers a salary of $300,00 and requires prior facility management experience.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects; source suppliers and obtain competitive quotes.
  • Recommend and implement facility enhancements to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order; supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams.
  • Prepare timely reports and status updates for senior management.
