Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd seeks a seasoned, proactive Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Sango, Ota site. This full-time role offers a salary of $300,00 and requires prior facility management experience.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects; source suppliers and obtain competitive quotes.
- Recommend and implement facility enhancements to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and order; supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams.
- Prepare timely reports and status updates for senior management.
