Job Description
We are in search of a committed and proficient Facilities Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be entrusted with maintaining our buildings and grounds to ensure they are safe, efficient, and well-kept.
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating facility upgrades and repairs, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Additionally, you will manage budgeting and procurement processes to maintain cost-effective operations.
Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in facilities management, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership abilities. A degree in facilities management or a related field is highly preferred.
