This full-time position involves managing reception services, visitor interactions, and overall facilities coordination to maintain a professional atmosphere for both staff and visitors. Key responsibilities include vendor management, office space allocation, and overseeing repairs and utilities to sustain our brand’s high standards.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Business Administration; a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or facilities coordination; excellent communication and organizational skills; and proficiency with administrative tools are required.
