Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to support daily office and site operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include performing light repairs, coordinating vendors, maintaining equipment inventory, arranging workspace setups, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance to maintain an efficient, secure workplace.
- Minimum 1 year of facilities or maintenance experience
- Basic handyman skills and ability to lift moderate weight
- Strong communication, attention to detail, flexible scheduling, and proactive problem-solving
