Job Description
HR And Its People seeks an experienced Reservation Manager to oversee a shortlet apartment in Orchid, Lekki. This full-time role pays ₦150,00 per month.
- Manage booking platforms and reservations (OTAs and direct bookings)
- Handle guest communications and coordinate professional check-ins/check-outs
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance scheduling
- Optimize occupancy and pricing strategies; prepare regular operational reports
Qualifications: proven hospitality reservation experience and willingness to work on-site in the Lekki area.
