Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster open communication in a full-time, in-person role. The successful candidate will lead performance management, design and implement appraisal systems, and coach managers on constructive feedback and improvement plans. You will plan and deliver training and development programs to support career growth, oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll, and ensure competitive total rewards. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while partnering with senior leadership on HR strategy. Develop employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention. Salary: ₦130,00–₦160,00 per month.
