Job Description

Attainables Entertainment Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee daily office operations in Lagos. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and meetings; managing CRM, company registrations, VMS and compliance; handling procurement and vendor relations; supporting HR onboarding and personnel records; maintaining confidential files and organized reports; monitoring office expenses; preparing documents and presentations; and coordinating events.

Qualifications: minimum 5 years in administrative or corporate roles, excellent communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a focus on efficiency and regulatory compliance. ISO 9001:2015 experience is a strong advantage. This is a full-time, permanent role with salary starting at ₦190,00/month.
