Job Description
Global Windsor is seeking a highly skilled Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives. This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and reports, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent), with 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable skills include experience with senior executives, knowledge of administrative systems, and bilingual abilities.
