Job Description
Express Resource Connect is in search of a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive Sales Associate. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for mobilizing Assets Under Management (AUM) and driving revenue growth through an enticing commission-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies to mobilize AUM
- Engage with prospective clients to promote financial products
- Foster and maintain client relationships for retention and growth
- Surpass sales targets to maximize earnings
Compensation Package:
- Commission: 0.5% per annum on average AUM mobilized
- Performance bonuses of up to ₦150,00
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage
Requirements: Candidates must be 45 years or younger, possess relevant experience, and have a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
