Job Description
Express Resource Connect is on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive Sales Associate to enhance our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for mobilizing Assets Under Management (AUM) and driving revenue growth, all within a commission-based compensation structure that offers limitless earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies to mobilize AUM.
- Identify and engage potential clients while promoting financial products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings.
Requirements:
- Aged 45 years or younger as of December 2025.
- Relevant experience in a financial institution.
- OND, HND, or BSc is required.
