Job Description
Vantegral Consulting is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior executives in our retail and oil & gas company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel.
- Liaise between executives and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and meeting materials.
- Organize meetings and handle correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience, strong organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficient.
Salary: N300,00 – N400,00 Monthly.
