Job Description
Unicorn Innovations Hill Limited is looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding writing abilities and a strong organizational aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules and manage calendars effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, and clients.
- Oversee social media accounts and assist with the Coaching App.
- Create presentations and develop content for various platforms.
- Screen phone calls and handle correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Managing Director.
