We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and maintain a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and stakeholders.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and travel logistics.
- Prepare presentations and comprehensive reports.
- Attend meetings and document minutes accurately.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a minimum of a second class upper division.
