Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, organizing travel, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, and preparing reports and presentations that support strategic priorities.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C‑level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Demonstrated discretion, proactive planning, and effective prioritization in fast‑paced environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; bachelor’s degree preferred
