Job Description
Whot Studios is in search of a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Primary responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing comprehensive reports, and handling all correspondence. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
