Job Description
The Baby Lounge seeks an organized, discreet Executive Assistant to provide full-time, permanent support to the CEO. Key responsibilities include managing a complex calendar, screening communications, arranging travel and expense reconciliation, preparing documents and presentations, and overseeing general administrative and office functions. The role also involves supporting Board meetings and stakeholders, assisting with projects and research, and acting as a liaison across departments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Location: Lagos (reliable commute or relocation preferred)
- Compensation: ₦170,00–₦200,00/month
- Preferred: Higher National Diploma (HND) and minimum 2 years’ Executive Assistant experience
