Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to become an integral part of our team at Pulse Nigeria. In this role, you will manage the MD’s schedule, coordinate essential meetings with stakeholders, and handle correspondence with professionalism. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the MD on special projects and support decision-making processes.
Duties include: organizing schedules, liaising with stakeholders, managing sensitive information, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with research. A Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience are required. Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
