Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting is in search of a committed Executive Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities include attending partner meetings, preparing agendas, documenting action points, and managing essential partner documents. Additionally, you will be tasked with disseminating monthly company information, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing various internal and external events.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong skills in MS Office, be proficient in online applications such as MS Teams and Zoom, and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. A diploma in Personal Assistance or relevant certification is preferred.
