Job Description
We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and assisting with special projects as required. Strong task prioritization and effective time management skills are essential for success in this role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, maintain a high level of discretion, and possess proficiency in office software. Previous experience in an administrative role is highly preferred.
