Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding administrative skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Core responsibilities will include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Additionally, you will play a key role in project management and facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
To qualify, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
