Job Description
Maria Decora Ltd is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. We prefer a male candidate to promote gender balance. Applicants should be no older than 30 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the executive’s schedule and communications
- Coordinate the executive’s itinerary
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Application Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience required. Must be willing to work on Saturdays. Position is based in Abuja.
