Job Description
Precise Lighting seeks a discreet, highly organized Executive Assistant to support HR operations and senior leadership. The role maintains employee records, updates leave and HRIS data, prepares HR letters and reports, manages recruitment and onboarding, schedules interviews and inductions, coordinates calendars and travel, drafts internal communications, records meeting minutes, assists with performance reviews, and handles basic employee inquiries.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business; 2+ years’ experience in HR or executive support; strong MS Office and HRIS skills; excellent written and verbal communication; utmost discretion.
- Employment: Full-time. Salary: ₦180,00–₦200,00 per month.
