Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and the Strategy team. The role requires managing executive calendars, coordinating senior-level meetings, and acting as the primary liaison between finance and operations while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare clear financial summaries and executive presentations; monitor budgets and expenses.
- Manage sensitive materials, prioritize requests, and drive project follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders and resolve issues with sound judgment.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; 3+ years supporting senior executives or finance teams; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; excellent communication and discretion.
