Job Description
We seek a professional Executive Assistant to support Finance and Strategy leaders by managing complex calendars, preparing financial and executive reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting with strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare financial documents and support basic data analysis.
- Draft and manage stakeholder communications and meeting materials.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years supporting senior finance teams, advanced Excel and presentation skills, exceptional attention to detail, high discretion, and excellent verbal and written English.
