Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Manager (GM) at Chupez in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the GM’s administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating effective communication between the GM and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assisting with project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc/HND in Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an executive assistant.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Location: Alaba International Market, Ojo, Lagos
Salary: NGN 150,00 – 250,00
