Job Description
Bayshore Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing necessary documents, and acting as the primary point of contact with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, supporting C-level executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional attention to detail are required.
