Job Description
HR And Its People is seeking to hire a competent and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of a residential estate in Mowe, Ogun State. The successful candidate will earn a monthly salary of ₦200,00.
The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and skilled in managing people, processes, and property. Responsibilities include overseeing estate infrastructure, supervising staff, maintaining common areas, managing finances, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications: HND/BSc in Estate Management or related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in handling vendor relations.
